Our proactive cost containment strategy begins with the first call. Whenever possible, customers are referred to one of our network providers to take advantage of Preferred Provider Organization discounts on medical services. Cases are closely monitored by our experienced case managers, while our medical team monitors every inpatient case to confirm quality of service while ensuring only medically necessary treatments are performed. 

Focusing on cost containment in all steps of the process, our streamlined claim services include out of network expense negotiations, subrogation services, coordination of benefits, and are supported by a dedicated Fraud Prevention team.

Building solid working partnerships with our clients is key to the success of all programs we administer.  Allianz Global Assistance's Client Services team actively pursues every opportunity to understand the direction and needs of our clients and their members, while seeking out new ways to streamline and improve service. Our Account Managers have a winning track record in defining goals, creating workflow, planning resource needs, scheduling and implementing new business. As the primary point of contact, our Account Managers liaison between the client, Allianz Global Assistance management and associates to ensure client service quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
