Coming to Canada

Traveller exemptions, vaccine passports, entry requirements for non- or vaccinated travellers and more…the list of requirements for travel is a long one. Whether your trip is ending and you’re looking forward to coming home, or you’re gearing up for a long-awaited visit to Canada, you’ll need to provide required information before and after you enter the country. Each province or territory (or even city) within Canada may also have specific requirements you’ll need to meet while travelling to or between them. Be sure to sort out those details ahead of time to help your arrival in Canada go smoothly.

Avoid delays when entering Canada. ArriveCan is a mobile app developed by the Government of Canada. All travellers (including returning Canadians) entering Canada by land or air are required to download the ArriveCan app prior to arrival to facilitate the border entry process. Simply download the ArriveCAN app, follow the mandatory travel requirements and submit your information digitally.
Visit the ArriveCAN app website to learn more.
